The city’s prosecutors have filed charges against 37-year-old Romel S Taylor for a series of offenses, including robbing a Bank of America and breaking into a storage shed for tools.
On October 18, there was an event where Mr. Taylor supposedly attacked the driver of a silver Audi as they were exiting their vehicle and brandished an axe at them.
