A Minister from the Tory party declines to disclose whether their party has been given a new donation of £5 million from Frank Hester.

A Cabinet minister has refused to confirm whether the Conservatives have taken another £5 million donation from Frank Hester, the businessman accused of making racist remarks about MP Diane Abbott.

Mark Harper refused to provide a statement regarding “hypothetical scenarios” after being persistently questioned about the party’s willingness to receive additional funding from their primary contributor.

News surfaced this week that Mr Hester possibly proposed an additional £5 million, which has not yet been disclosed by the Electoral Commission.

On March 17th, Sky News host Trevor Phillips inquired about a potential £5 million donation from Frank Hester to the Conservative Party during his interview with Mr. Harper.

The secretary of transportation responded: “I am not participating in any donations.”
