During a family event in Paris, Adèle Laurent was savoring the refreshing winter breeze while assisting her child in maneuvering through the frozen walkways that intersected the green open space behind the iconic Eiffel Tower.
In the meantime, Jennifer Emmett, an educator from Australia, was not prepared for the cold weather and needed to purchase warm clothing before embarking on a sightseeing trip.
It is unlikely that the snow will last through the weekend due to temperatures reaching 16C.
