The FA Cup quarter-final draw is currently being broadcasted live, revealing the fate of Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City.

On Wednesday evening, Manchester United and Liverpool both won their fifth-round matches, setting up an exciting FA Cup quarter-final between the two rival teams.

Jurgen Klopp’s last season as manager, Liverpool is still competing for three trophies. In addition, Liverpool has advanced to the last eight after a strong 3-0 win against Southampton.

Jayden Danns, an 18-year-old forward, entered the game as a substitute and scored two goals late in the match for Klopp’s team, prompting comparisons to young darts prodigy Luke Littler.

“It is a dream come true,” Danns said. “I’ve supported the club since birth. To come on and score at the Kop End is amazing, it doesn’t feel true. It feels like I’m in a film.”

In their match against Nottingham Forest, United scored a late goal in the 89th minute with a header from Casemiro, securing a 1-0 victory at the City Ground. This win alleviated some pressure for manager Erik ten Hag, as the FA Cup is the only opportunity for United to win a trophy this season.

Klopp’s wish is for others to also have patience and not put too much pressure on Danns. The Liverpool manager compared the situation to a new darts sensation, where there may be excitement for the moment, but it’s important to leave the player alone and not constantly question their whereabouts in the future.

Klopp is not accustomed to answering these types of inquiries, as he was asked about not selecting Danns, Koumas, Bobby Clark, and James McConnell. To top it off, Daniel Craig, a Liverpool fan, was the one who was supposed to be featured on the large screen. Danns must have felt like he was in a dream, scoring two goals against Southampton.
