Let’s examine what may happen leading up to the closing of the top-flight window in England at 11pm on February 1.

Is it possible that Rashford could surprise us with a sudden change of team?
Manchester United took disciplinary action against Marcus Rashford, the England forward, after he was allegedly involved in mischief during his time in Belfast last week. He is once again being closely watched.
Despite United’s claims of resolving the issue, Rashford’s relationship with Erik ten Hag does not seem as stable as it used to be.
Leaving Old Trafford within the next day or two would still come as a big shock, but there are rumors that Paris St Germain is monitoring Manchester United’s 26-year-old local player.
Is Chelsea selling players before making new purchases?
Conor Gallagher, a key player for Mauricio Pochettino’s team this season, has only 18 months remaining on his contract and there is no indication of a renewal. As a result, the English midfielder has been rumored to be moving to Tottenham.
It has been reported that Fulham and Wolves are keeping an eye on Armando Broja, another player from Chelsea’s academy.
However, reducing expenses could potentially give the Blues the opportunity to pursue rumored targets such as Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran, Newcastle forward Callum Wilson, and Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies.
Newcastle keeping busy
Newcastle were expected to be one of the biggest movers but they are having to juggle the restrictions imposed by profit and sustainability and financial fair play rules with a desire to strengthen.
Boss Eddie Howe stated this week that it would be “impossible” to enhance their team without first making sales.
Newcastle has successfully avoided any attempts to lure Kieran Trippier, Miguel Almiron, and Bruno Guimaraes overseas. They are hoping to maintain their current squad without any significant departures on Thursday.
The team is in need of a top-notch defender.
Sheffield United, who are currently at the lowest position in the league, have signed Chilean forward Ben Brereton Diaz and former Atletico Madrid goalie Ivo Grbic this month. However, manager Chris Wilder is looking to add an experienced player to strengthen their defense.
The Blades have allowed 54 goals in 22 games, which is the worst record in the league. Wilder states that the club is working tirelessly to make a deal before the transfer window closes.
“Jota is the preferred option for hammers”
According to reports, Said Benrahma is on the verge of joining Ligue 1 team Lyon, so West Ham may consider signing ex-Celtic player Jota to strengthen their wing.
The Portuguese recently switched from playing for the Hoops to joining the Saudi Pro League last year, but there have been many rumors about a possible return to the UK.
Unfortunately, Al-Ittihad may pose a challenge for David Moyes’ team as Jota has only been in Saudi Arabia for six months.
