Professional entertainer Katie Price was penalized £880 for operating a vehicle without a valid license or insurance. This action was taken after a legal hearing where a law enforcement officer identified her at a gas station.
The justices in Northampton convicted Price of the crimes after viewing surveillance footage of the model, clad in black slippers, exiting the driver’s seat of her bronze Range Rover.
The person, aged 45, who became known through their appearance on the ITV reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, had previously refuted both accusations of driving offenses.
However, despite Price not being present, three jurors declared her guilty after a short court session on Tuesday. She was given a fine of £880 and instructed to pay £620 for expenses and a victim surcharge of £352.
