Tune in to a live broadcast where demonstrations are anticipated as Israeli leader Isaac Herzog is present at the inauguration of the National Holocaust Museum in Amsterdam.
There is a scheduled demonstration to protest Israel’s actions of causing the deaths of many Palestinian individuals in Gaza. It will take place on Sunday, March 10th.
The museum informed the press that Herzog had been invited prior to the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel and Israel’s subsequent military operation in Gaza that has resulted in the destruction of many neighborhoods.
According to a statement, it was acknowledged that Herzog’s presence raised concerns. However, it was also noted that he represented the native land of Dutch Jewish individuals who resettled in Israel after surviving the Holocaust.

I am concerned about the soon-to-be opening of the Dutch National Holocaust Museum, where Israeli President Reuven Rivlin will be giving a speech.
According to the Dutch Jewish group Erev Rav, Herzog has plans to participate in the event.
A protest is being coordinated by the Dutch Palestinian Community and Socialist International.
The statement acknowledges the importance of remembering Holocaust victims, but also states that it cannot remain silent while the conflict in Gaza persists.
