According to the National Weather Service (NWS), over 90 million individuals in eastern Ohio and Kentucky, as well as the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, were under advisories for strong winds and potential flooding on Wednesday.

Parks and roads in New Jersey were flooded due to heavy rainfall. The Raritan River in Somerset County experienced high water levels.
