In September 2022, prosecutors presented text messages to her that pertained to an incident unrelated to the current case when she and her partner lived together in London. According to reports, the messages indicated that Majors advised his girlfriend not to report her head injuries to a hospital.

In court, two individuals gave testimonies: a doctor who provided medical treatment to Grace Jabbari and a driver who was present in the vehicle used by the couple.

The second week of the trial has commenced. According to Judge Michael Gaffey, the proceedings were originally scheduled to span two weeks.

According to a report from Vulture, the doctor who testified in the case has been removed from the stand.

According to Vulture, the physician who attended to Grace Jabbari on March 25 reported that her evaluation suggests she may be at risk for developing alcohol use disorder.

Ms Jabbari stated that she would typically consume three to four alcoholic beverages per evening and occasionally have more than six drinks in a single sitting once a month.

The doctor stated their remarks during the questioning, which has now concluded.
