The Top Employers Institute, a leading organization in acknowledging exceptional people practices, has revealed that there are more than 2,300 certified Top Employers for 2024 in 121 countries and regions. This recognition acknowledges the dedication of these companies to promoting exceptional HR strategies and people practices on a global scale.
Process for obtaining Top Employers certification.
In order to attain Top Employer Certification, companies that participate undergo a thorough evaluation of their human resources practices by the Top Employers Institute. The HR team completes the HR Best Practices Survey, which includes 20 topics across six HR areas that span the entire employee journey, such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. This information is then verified and reviewed by a third party to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
Certified UK Top Employers 2024
In 2024, a total of 112 UK organizations have been recognized as Top Employers. Some of the newly certified organizations include Lavazza, NFU Mutual, Primark, Amazon, Bostik UK, BMW UK, Berkley Care, G4S, IAG Cargo, MAN Truck & Bus, NTT Data Business Solutions, PMI Global Studio, PRS for Music, Red Carnation Hotel Collection, Rhenus Logistics, Servier UK, Thornton & Ross, Merz Aesthetics UK, The Perfume Shop, Brewdog, and thyssenkrupp Materials UK.
Several companies that were previously recognized as Top Employers in the UK have consistently demonstrated excellence over the years. This includes companies like AkzoNobel, Bentley Motors, BAT, Chiesi, HCLTech, Molson Coors Beverage Company, Nice-Pak International, QVC, Travis Perkins, Virtusa, Weightmans LLP, and Whitbread. These companies have achieved Top Employer Certification every year for more than ten years.
