A male individual perished in a residential fire in Bradford while three others managed to flee.
West Yorkshire Police stated that they responded to a fire at Finch Street in Bradford at approximately 5:31am, following a call from the fire department.
A male, female, and child successfully fled the premises and were transported to a hospital for medical care. The injuries sustained were not life-threatening, as reported by the West Yorkshire Police.
Another individual was rescued from the location by firefighters and received medical attention from paramedics, but unfortunately, was declared deceased at the site.
