Whose names are included on Epstein’s list?
The most recent batch of unsealed legal papers concerning deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein included references to convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein, emerging politician RFK Jr, and Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York.
Approximately 100 additional court documents containing details about Epstein were made public on Friday following a ruling by US judge Loretta Preska to reveal filings in a legal case brought by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell.
In 2015, Maxwell, who is currently serving time in federal prison for sex trafficking, was sued for calling Ms. Giuffre a liar when she spoke out about being sexually abused as a minor. The case was resolved in 2017, but the records were kept confidential until recently.
On Wednesday, the initial group of forty legal papers were made public, revealing the names of Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, and magician David Copperfield. Famous figures such as Cameron Diaz and Bruce Willis were also listed. It should be noted that the inclusion of these individuals does not automatically suggest any illegal actions.
More documents will be made public in the next few days and weeks, giving more information about Epstein’s extensive history of abuse and the influential groups he was associated with.
It was uncovered that the police in Palm Beach were aware of over 30 victims of Jeffrey Epstein who were underage during the mid-2000s.
The recently released legal records provide information on the police inquiry into Epstein in Palm Beach during the early 2000s. These documents bring up concerns about the lenient punishment the convicted sex offender received and the absence of charges against Maxwell during that period.
During a deposition in June 2016, Detective Joseph Recarey from Palm Beach spoke about his investigation into Epstein’s actions in the mid-2000s. He stated that he had interviewed approximately 30 minors who all shared the same story of being recruited by Epstein and Maxwell to visit his lavish mansion under the guise of giving massages.
The investigator explained how Epstein and Maxwell obtained the girls and then used them to convince other young girls to join.
“According to the investigation, Ms. Maxwell was a close companion of Epstein for a significant period of time. During interviews, it was revealed that Ms. Maxwell played a role in recruiting young girls to provide massages and work at Epstein’s residence.”
The detective was asked about the number of girls he interviewed who were either requested to provide or actually gave massages at Epstein’s residence. He responded, “I estimate around 30; 30, 33.”
“Did the majority of the girls you interviewed fall within the age range of 18 and under?” the interviewer inquired.
The detective stated that most were below.
The investigator stated in court that every minor victim who visited Epstein’s residence was subsequently requested to bring along friends. The victims were then compensated for providing massages and for recruiting additional victims, according to his testimony.
During his testimony, Mr. Recarey stated that the term “massage” appeared to be a cover for providing Epstein with sexual satisfaction.
According to the testimony, Epstein would either try to touch the girls in a sexual manner or behave inappropriately towards them. Afterwards, he would masturbate and then go wash up while the girls got dressed and received payment before leaving.

Maxwell’s response was not mentioned in the document, but Ms Giuffre had previously accused Epstein of trafficking her to engage in sexual activities with Mr Dubin.
Prior to the unsealing of Maxwell’s deposition on Friday, a representative for the Dubins refuted any allegations of misconduct by the couple. The spokesperson also highlighted that Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg had previously stated in an unsealed deposition that nothing improper occurred during her massage for the couple.
