Next week, London Underground staff will participate in a series of strikes due to a pay disagreement, causing significant inconvenience for those traveling into the city.
RMT union members have voted in favor of going on strike due to the 5% pay proposal.
Service will be limited or unavailable on the entire Tube network from Monday to Thursday, with early closures on Sunday (January 7). Normal service is expected to resume on Friday morning.
TfL has advised passengers using the London Underground to only travel if it is absolutely necessary.
The workforce will go on strike on various days to minimize the impact and prevent employees from losing four days’ pay.
