The New Orleans Police Department has made public video footage from a home security system showing an individual believed to be a thief taking a package from a porch shortly after a UPS delivery van left the area.
A man exits a dark pickup truck and sprints across the street to the spot where the courier had parked.
After picking up the package with one hand, he gets back into his vehicle and drives off in the same direction as the UPS truck.
The New Orleans Police Department reported that the event occurred around 9:30pm on Dreux Avenue on Thursday, November 30th.
