The New York Attorney General commented on Ivanka Trump’s level of involvement before her testimony.
On Wednesday, Ivanka Trump was in a Lower Manhattan court to give testimony in her father’s civil fraud trial. This makes her the fourth family member to do so, after her father’s tumultuous appearance on Monday and her brothers’ testimonies last week.
During her testimony, which lasted over four hours, Ms. Trump spoke calmly and purposefully. She also politely smiled while on the witness stand, a noticeable difference from her father’s scattered and incomplete statements during his tumultuous time on the stand.
Ms. Trump has distanced herself from the financial statements that are central to the case, and has denied any involvement, despite being apparently heavily involved in the Trump Organization’s real estate projects.
After giving her statement, the New York Attorney General’s office concluded their argument with a short questioning session from Mr. Trump’s defense lawyer.
On Monday, the former president lashed out at both Judge Arthur Engoron and Attorney General Letitia James, calling her a “political hack”. He also fumed on Truth Social about each of his adult children being made to testify and still claims that there is no case to be answered.

What are Trump’s thoughts on his daughter’s appearance on the witness stand?
If you happened to have missed the Truth Social rant by Rachel Sharp on Tuesday night, don’t worry. Rachel Sharp has provided a summary for you.
On Tuesday evening, during his appearance on Truth Social, Mr. Trump once more criticized New York Attorney General Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron, accusing them of being corrupt and having a bias against him. He expressed sadness at the thought of his daughter being called to testify.
Tomorrow, my beloved daughter Ivanka will be visiting the Lower Manhattan Courthouse at the request of Letitia Peekaboo James, the unscrupulous and prejudiced Attorney General of New York who has allowed violence and crime to thrive in the state. She will also be appearing before a biased and hostile judge, Arthur Engoron, who made a prejudiced decision against me even before the trial began. He refused to consider a jury and falsely stated that Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida is worth $18,000,000, when in reality it is worth 50 to 100 times that amount.
“Similarly, there are other properties with the same issue. After receiving this absurd information, he accused me of being a fraud. However, it is actually Letitia James and the Judge who are engaging in fraudulent behavior by deliberately undervaluing my Financial Statements in an attempt to discredit me. This is clearly an attempt to interfere with the election.”
“Despite the Court of Appeals ruling that Ivanka cannot be charged, there is now an attempt to involve her in the case. This is unfortunate.”
Ivanka Trump has arrived to testify in a fraud trial as demonstrators chant “crime family” in protest.
On Wednesday, November 8, Ivanka Trump appeared in court to provide testimony in the civil fraud trial involving her father, Donald Trump. As she entered the building in New York, protesters could be heard chanting “crime family.” This marks the fourth time a member of the Trump family has taken the stand, following Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump’s testimonies last week and their father’s chaotic appearance on Monday. Ivanka, dressed in a dark suit, quickly made her way into the third-floor courtroom and greeted the crowd with a smile.
At the trial for fraud in New York, Ivanka was questioned about her father, Donald Trump’s, net worth while maintaining a smile.
The eldest daughter of Donald Trump entered the New York Supreme Court on Wednesday morning, dressed in a dark suit and greeted the third-floor courtroom with a smile.
Letitia James, the Attorney General of New York, presented the final witness in the sixth week of a trial that may continue until Christmas.
Ivanka Trump’s unsuccessful attempts to prevent her testimony caused a change in the attorney general’s witness schedule, resulting in her being Ms James’s final opportunity to have a member of the Trump family testify.

Roseanne Barr criticized the “Deep State bullshit” at a rally for President Trump.
The congressman was booed by the crowd at the Trump rally.
The ex-president presented Rep Carlos Gimenez to the audience at his rally, whom the Republican lawmaker was loudly booed by.
“Carlos, what’s happening? I can see you’re not a fan of him. Let’s address that. Are you serious? Wow,” Mr. Trump commented as the audience booed.
At the GOP debate rally, Trump criticizes his opponents as being weak and ineffective.
The ex-president organized a gathering in Florida simultaneously with the most recent GOP debate.
Trump has stated that he plans to pursue Biden.
“At the rally, Mr. Trump stated that now that he has been indicted, it is permissible for us to scrutinize him. However, he has committed serious wrongdoing.”
Christie attributes the Republican party’s election losses to Trump’s negative influence.
Mr Christie, Mr Trump’s onetime staunch ally turned sworn nemesis, pointed out that the former president had endorsed Daniel Cameron in the Kentucky’s gubernatorial race – and that Mr Cameron then landed a major defeat in the red state.
He said to CNN on Tuesday night that Cameron was once a promising figure in the Republican party before aligning himself with Donald Trump.
“Donald Trump is detrimental to political and electoral success for other candidates.”
Rachel Sharp reports.
At the debate, Trump criticizes his Republican opponents.
“According to Mr. Trump, there are approximately 7 or 8 remaining candidates. He believes they are currently participating in a debate that is not receiving much attention, as everyone is instead focused on the 61% support for himself as the preferred president. Ron DeSanctimonious has only 10% support, while ‘bird brain’ (Haley) has 7%.”
Our country is facing significant challenges and the Republican leadership should cease their efforts to support lackluster and ineffectual RINOs and Never Trumpers who are not favored by the people and are unlikely to receive votes.
“I observed these individuals arriving and they were not enjoyable to watch. The most recent debate had the lowest ratings in political history, so do you believe it was the correct decision for us to not participate?”
He further stated: “It’s much more challenging to speak in front of a large crowd on live television than to participate in a debate.”
A court in Minnesota has thrown out a lawsuit aiming to prevent former President Trump from participating in the state’s primary election. The lawsuit, which claimed that Trump’s actions leading up to the January 6th insurrection should disqualify him from running in the primary, was rejected by the court.
A Minnesota court has dismissed a legal case seeking to bar former President Trump from running in the state’s primary election. The case argued that Trump’s involvement in the events leading up to the January 6th insurrection should make him ineligible for the primary, but the court ruled against this argument.
On Wednesday, the Minnesota Supreme Court rejected a legal case attempting to prevent former president Donald Trump from appearing on the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.
A group of voters from both political parties presented a challenge in an attempt to prevent Mr. Trump’s campaign based on a clause in the 14th Amendment that prohibits candidates who have participated in insurrection.
The appeals court ruled briefly that the measure from the Civil War era did not pertain to the Minnesota primary process. They argued that this process is primarily local and falls outside the scope of the US Constitution.
The ruling states that there is no law preventing a major political party from including a candidate who cannot hold office on the presidential nomination primary ballot or sending delegates to support them at the national convention.
