According to Trump, the 2024 election will be the most crucial day in the history of our nation.

Judge Lewis Kaplan has denied Donald Trump’s request to postpone the implementation of the $83.3 million ruling in the defamation lawsuit filed against him by E Jean Carroll.

The presiding judge stated in a release on Thursday that the ex-president’s present circumstances are a direct consequence of his own slow and procrastinating behavior. Additionally, he was given ample opportunity to sort out his financial affairs with prior understanding of the possibility of requiring a bond.

Despite previously rejecting the idea of participating in televised debates amongst his GOP opponents, Mr Trump has now challenged President Joe Biden to a debate. He maintains that as the frontrunner, there is no benefit for him in engaging in such face-offs against fellow Republicans.

“The Republican candidate-presumptive stated on Truth Social that it is crucial for the benefit of our nation that Joe Biden and himself engage in debates discussing issues that are essential to America and its people.”

On 25 April, the Supreme Court will consider arguments regarding Mr. Trump’s defense of “presidential immunity” against legal prosecution.

Luckily, we won’t have to see much of Mitt Romney, who is a RINO, for much longer!

Joe Manchin was once highly esteemed and well-liked among politicians in the United States. However, as is typical for him, he made a major mistake by giving his approval to the Inflation Reduction Act. Consequently, his reputation was irreparably damaged and he could not salvage it.

Joe is headed to the Chamber in a fraudlent manner. This behavior is being considered disrespectful and not acceptable.

Donald Trump: Any statement he makes tonight will not excuse him for allowing 15 million individuals to enter our nation unlawfully. He may try to shift the blame onto me, but the reality is that I had the most secure border in our nation’s history, so that argument holds no weight.

The President is significantly delayed, which is not a promising beginning. However, we should assume good intentions and take into account any important matters that may have required his presence. He has just entered the car, and they will need to speed to avoid being tardy to the State of the Union. It would require someone like Mario Andretti to drive the limo at such a fast pace.

Donald Trump has been denied his request to postpone an $84 million judgment in the lawsuit filed against him by journalist E. Jean Carroll.

The court has denied Trump’s bid to delay paying the $84 million settlement in the lawsuit brought by journalist E. Jean Carroll.

Alex Woodward reports:

At the beginning of the current week, lawyers representing Mr. Trump, Alina Habba and John Sauer, requested an extension of the court order from US District Judge Lewis Kaplan. The order, which was set to end on Monday, would leave the former president in a financial predicament that could cause significant costs that may not be recoverable. His attorneys stated that this would result in irreparable damage.

If Mr. Trump wants to challenge the decision, he would need to post a monetary bond equal to about 110% of the judgment amount.

The judge stated on Thursday that Mr. Trump’s current circumstances are a direct consequence of his own delays.
