Letitia James, the state attorney general, has cautioned that Donald Trump may have his assets taken and potentially lose his New York buildings if he fails to pay the $355 million fine in his civil fraud case.
During an interview with ABC News, Ms. James stated that if the individual does not have enough money to pay the judgement, they will seek enforcement measures through the court and request for the judge to seize their assets.
“We are ready to ensure that the ruling is fulfilled for the benefit of New Yorkers. And I do glance at 40 Wall Street daily.”

According to her husband, Melania Trump will be actively involved in Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.
During a political event in South Carolina on Tuesday, Mr. Trump praised his wife, the former First Lady, and described her as a “highly intelligent individual” who had done an outstanding job in raising their tall son.
He stated, “She centers her life around that boy; he holds great significance to her.” He went on to say, “However, her life is also centered around our nation and its achievements. She has raised a considerable amount of funds for charitable causes.”
She is a private individual. Ironically, she had a highly successful career as a model, yet she values her privacy. She will be making frequent public appearances, not because she enjoys it, but because she wants to see this country thrive.
