Joe Lycett advised against swimming in the waters of the UK while discussing his upcoming documentary on the country’s ongoing sewage problem.
On Tuesday, February 20th, the comedian made an appearance on Good Morning Britain and urged Steve Barclay to address the significant problem.
“Why is the environment secretary not investing in it? Why is there not better regulation?” Lycett inquired.
“At the moment, it would be best to avoid entering the water in this country. I reside in Birmingham, which is far from the coast, but even the rivers are facing severe issues.”
The television show “Joe Lycett vs Sewage” will be broadcasted on Channel 4 on Tuesday night.
