According to the Metropolitan Police, it is highly probable that the suspect in the Clapham chemical attack, Abdul Ezedi, has passed away and his remains may never be located.
On Friday, the police stated that their primary theory is that the 35-year-old individual may have fallen into the River Thames after being spotted leaning over the railings of Chelsea Bridge.
When asked if the police were able to confirm Ezedi’s death, Detective Superintendent Rick Sewart stated in a Friday afternoon update: “I am willing to state that he has entered the water and if that is the case, it is the most likely outcome.”
