During a Security Council meeting, video footage captured the Ukrainian UN ambassador confronting his Russian counterpart shortly after Moscow began its invasion.
In the recently released BBC documentary “Putin vs the West,” there is footage from February 2022 that resurfaced, showing Sergiy Kyslytsya begging Vasily Nebenzya to contact Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov.
Mr Kyslytsya stated that at this present moment, your soldiers are not engaging in shelling or bombing of Ukrainian cities, and they are not advancing on Ukrainian territory.
