Kylie Jenner and her daughter Stormi received praise from fans for their coordinated outfits when they were spotted strolling together in Paris, France.
The pair of mother and daughter went to the Valentino Haute Couture show on January 24th at this year’s Paris Fashion Week. For the event, the famous TV personality and her five-year-old child chose to wear all-black outfits. Jenner donned a strapless, full-length dress, along with a black feather cape, black sunglasses, and gold earrings.
Jenner’s oldest child, whom she had with former partner Travis Scott, imitated her style by wearing a black coat with feather accents and feathered sleeves. Stormi also sported black sunglasses, similar to her mother’s, and accessorized with a small purse and heels to match.
A fan shared a video on X, previously known as Twitter, showing The Kardashians star and her daughter sitting in the front row at the Valentino show. Stormi’s grandmother, Kris Jenner, also joined them and was wearing a grey dress with sequined tassels.
On social platforms, followers have expressed admiration for the coordinated ensembles worn by the mother-daughter pair, as well as commended the five-year-old for her fashion sense.
“Wow, Stormi is such a little legend,” commented one person on X, while another person said, “I adore the matching outfits, oh my freaking goodness.”
One person commented, “They are definitely twins!”
This is not their initial time matching outfits, as Stormi and Jenner have previously posed in similar ensembles. In May 2023, they both showed up at a Jean Paul Gaultier event wearing mesh dresses. The Kylie Cosmetics creator sported a nude dress adorned with a rose pattern on top of a bra and corset.
Stormi donned a partially see-through and vibrant top, paired with coordinating leggings. Jenner subsequently posted pictures of herself and her child at the event on Instagram, accompanied by a message that stated: “She’s a jpg girl…@jeanpaulgaultier.”
In December 2022, both Jenner and Stormi donned coordinating outfits created by Mugler for the yearly Kardashian-Jenner holiday celebration. As seen in Jenner’s Instagram posts from the event, her ensemble included a plunging neckline adorned with black lace detailing on the bust and hem, a champagne-colored top, and a high slit. Similarly, Stormi wore a matching champagne dress with a voluminous skirt and the same black lace detailing on the bodice, complete with a single shoulder strap.
Throughout the years, Jenner has openly discussed her experiences as a mother, including her nearly-two-year-old son, Aire, whom she shares with Scott. In an interview with W Magazine in October 2023, she reflected on how her views on beauty norms have shifted since becoming a parent to Stormi.
“My daughter has taught me a great deal about myself, and seeing my reflection in her has been transformative. I have experienced significant personal growth and have learned to embrace my natural beauty,” she shared. “I am also passing down my own lessons and ensuring that she knows she is perfect just the way she is.”
