According to Donald Trump, he could potentially reach the age of 200 if he made healthier dietary choices and avoided consuming excessive amounts of junk food.
At a recent event in New Hampshire, the 77-year-old candidate reflected on remarks made by his former White House doctor, Ronny Jackson, who once stated that if he didn’t consume so much unhealthy food, he could live for 200 years.
Despite reports of his love for Diet Coke, Mr. Trump declared himself to be in good health and told his supporters that he feels as if he is 35 years old. He also stated that he feels mentally 20 years younger than his actual age.
“I have the sensation of being around 35 years old. I currently feel healthier than I did 30 years ago,” stated Mr. Trump.
The ex-president was interviewed by a doubtful journalist about his evaluation of his well-being. He replied, “It’s due to my genetics. Some individuals are fortunate to have good genes.”
Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden have received criticism regarding their age, at times from one another and at times from fellow party members, throughout the course of the election.
During an event in October, President Trump echoed a frequent conservative criticism of the current president by claiming that Joe Biden, who celebrated his 81st birthday last year, is unable to form coherent sentences and yet holds the responsibility of nuclear warfare.
He also ridiculed Mr Biden’s multiple falls during various presidential events.
“I notice a staircase over there, I notice a staircase over there. If necessary, I would leap off this front-end structure – we could successfully make it, as it is approximately four feet tall,” he stated during the gathering.
Earlier this month, Mr. Trump mocked President Biden with a fake advertisement showing the White House as a retirement home where the residents feel like they are presidents.
Despite being only four years younger than the president, Mr. Trump has been subject to inquiries about his age.
Last year, during a visit to New Hampshire, Florida governor Ron DeSantis stated to reporters that Donald Trump in 2015 and ’16 is not the same as he is now – he has lost his energy and enthusiasm.
Mr. DeSantis also introduced an “incident tracker” to document Mr. Trump’s numerous blunders.
Former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley recently advocated for politicians over the age of 75 to undergo mental competency evaluations.
In November of last year, former President Trump shared a doctor’s note on his Truth Social app stating that he was in good health due to his weight loss.
According to sources at Mar-a-Lago, it is rumored that Mr. Trump has lost a significant amount of weight in the last few months. An individual close to him stated that he has been avoiding the buffet and refraining from indulging in treats like ice cream sundaes or chocolate cake with two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Melania Trump is credited with helping improve his eating habits, according to reports.
