During a live X Spaces broadcast, it seems that GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy was caught on a hot mic using the restroom as over 100,000 viewers were listening.
Mr Ramaswamy joined Elon Musk on the live broadcast on Sunday to welcome notorious conspiracy theorist Alex Jones back to the platform.
As Mr. Musk clarified his choice to permit the return of the Infowars founder on his social media platform, Mr. Ramaswamy stated that he needed to use the restroom.
“Excuse me, I must depart,” announced Mr. Ramswamy.
As the discussion went on, the noise of what seems to be someone urinating becomes audible.
Jones then mentioned that someone had their phone in the bathroom.
“That’s your phone Vivek, I’m not able to mute you,” host Mario Nawfal says.
After rejoining the Spaces conversation, Mr. Ramaswamy offered his apologies.

Elon Musk expressed his well wishes for your recovery.

“I wish you a speedy recovery,” said Mr. Musk to the business owner.
“I am feeling great,” responded Mr. Ramaswamy.
The unexpected restroom break by the potential president sparked numerous memes and jokes on X.
One user commented, “Vivek is actively getting rid of problems and issues.”
“I fully support Trump, but I have to give credit to Vivek for being able to brush it off with a laugh!” another person commented.
Mr. Ramaswamy’s team did not promptly reply to a request from The Independent for a comment.
